How many people can sleep in a cabin?
Our cabins have two king beds and a queen sleeper sofa; Our rates cover up to 6 people, we can sleep up to 6 per cabin.
How many people can sleep in a lodge room?
How many people can sleep in the Longs Peak Suite?
Our Longs Peak Suite has a king size bed and a queen sleeper sofa; our rates cover up to 4 people, we can sleep up to 4 in the Longs Peak Suite.
Do you allow pets?
Is there a pool or hot tub on property?
Unfortunately, we do not have a pool but we do have a hot tub! Our hot tub is open from 10am to 9pm. Children under 12 years of age are not allowed to use the hot tub. Children 12-18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. If you are looking for a pool, we are in walking distance to the Estes Valley Community Center (.5 miles).
How close are you to Estes Park?
What is your deposit policy?
At the time of booking, half of your full balance is due as your deposit. 60 days prior to your check-in, the remaining balance is charged to the card you put on file. If you book within 60 days or arrival your full balance will be charged at the time of booking.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand life happens. We strongly suggest that you secure travel insurance for your booking. With our cancellation policy, you have up to 30 days prior to check-in to cancel and receive a full refund less the booking fee.
Can I know which cabin I’m in?
Yes! By clicking on the “Book Now” button you will be forwarded to the SkyRun Vacation Rentals Estes Park site. You will be able to peruse all of the available lodging options and choose what works best for you.
How far are you from Rocky Mountain National Park?
Depending on the route you take, we are about 6-7 miles from either entrance. Time to get to the entrance depends on the time of year and traffic into the park. We suggest checking nps.gov for information on Rocky Mountain National Park. You will find information there on the required timed entry passes (you must make a reservation which are limited), vehicle passes and more.
We are renting a cabin, what do we need to bring?
Do you offer daily cleaning?
We do not offer daily refreshes for either the cabins or the lodge. If your stay is for 7 or more days in a cabin, we do offer a mid-week tidy. Prices for a mid-stay tidy are listed on the individual property listings that you will find when you click “book now”. We do not replace towels or linens during reservations. However, linens are replaced with a mid-week tidy. If your stay is 14 days or more there is a required safety check that we will perform at no cost to you.
What items are in the cabin kitchens?
Is there a washer and a dryer?
Are there grills to use?
Each cabin has its own propane grill on the deck. You do not need to worry about bringing propane in, we supply it on property. Lodge rooms do not have grills, lodge room guests will not have grill access.
What’s the difference between each cabin?
What is there to do in Estes Park?
Are there Coffee makers in the cabin? How about the Lodge or Longs Peak Suite?
There are Keurig coffee makers in each cabin, lodge room, and the Longs Peak Suite. Each space has a preliminary quantity of pods to begin with. It is the guest’s responsibility to bring in additional pods beyond the preliminary supplies.
Is it easier for me to book online or over the phone?
In order to be aware of the terms of service, local rules surrounding quiet times and more, and to review your reservation agreement, it is a better option to book on-line. If you need assistance our guest services team is happy to walk you through the process and answer questions about the property.
Do you have an event space?
Yes! Our gathering room is the perfect space to hold meetings, micro-wedding receptions, family reunions, dinners, etc. Take a look at our events page and give us a call so we can work on planning the perfect event for you.
Do you have a restaurant on property?
Does the wildlife in the area come onto property? Are the animals tamed?
The animals that come on property are 100% alive and 100% wild. Please use caution, check your surroundings, and give the animals an appropriate amount of space.
