When looking for a location to hold your next event, consider bringing your guests to picturesque Estes Park for a unique mountain experience in our Gathering Room. With a maximum capacity of 40, our newly built Gathering room has been the town’s new hot spot for holding baby showers, conference meetings, micro wedding receptions, and more. If you’re staying in a cabin or lodge room, you’ll notice we’ve extended the rustic cabin-like feel into the event space with the decor but also, have left a lot of blank canvas room for you to bring your party vision to life. If you are interested or have any questions regarding the Gathering Room, please call or email the main office to discuss renting the space further.

Highly recommend! Great property management and cabin was very clean & cozy with most everything you need to just enjoy your stay. Very much enjoyed watching the wildlife from the deck and awesome mountain views. Great location with very easy access to town & RMNP. Thankful to have had the opportunity to meet & chat with Becca & Dylan, they are very friendly and attentive to the needs of guests. We will definitely be back!

We stayed in one of the cabins, and it was so comfortable and spacious, gorgeous view of the mountains from the kitchen and deck, quiet neighborhood, short easy drive to everything … couldn’t be happier! Enjoyed the outdoor hot tub as well.

We were (thankfully) able to book last minute after a disappointing reservation at a cabin in another area. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The area is well kept and the cabins are spread out enough and each has its own patio with outdoor furniture and grill. The location was great- close to town but quiet. Our cabin was great! Clean and well equipped- we were very comfortable.

Beautifully renovated! Very well done and super comfortable. We stayed in a king lodge room. The space is not large but very well planned. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The finishes are quality. Nice location, quiet, and very friendly staff.
